More plum than purple
I needed a deep purple and this isn't that at all but it's still a really pretty shade. More of a plum. It was a lil tacky at first but I whipped it with a fork to aerate and get the texture I wanted. Taste like purple

BEST RED ICING EVER!
I had to do an Elmo cake for my son's birthday. Red icing never comes out truly red for me without tasting disgusting so I always buy it. This small bucket was cheaper than the tubes from a well-known brand would be and their texture is terrible to work with so I figured I would give it a shot. IT WAS PERFECT! Tasted absolutely delicious, and piped like a dream. So impressed. I will not be using the other stuff again.

It's Orange Frosting that tastes like oranges.
Bought for my grandchildren to make ar their houses.
