Had issues
One worked great and the other had issues reading. Had to try and move the sensor up as far as I could go on the fork to get it to read.

Works ok, but difficult to set up
The unit is a nice size and easy to read, but is difficult to set up.

Transmitter distance
Just got it mounted to my Sunny exercise bike. Had to duct tape the sensor to the side of the wheel. Expected this. Attached the transmitter as normal. Started spinning wheel and placed computer on handle bars. No signal. Moved the computer close to the transmitter, computer started registering speed and slowly moved computer towards the handle bars. The computer lost signal approximately 12-14 inches from transmitter. I can easily mount (with longer zip ties) to the down tube and still see it.

I was not so lucky
As I was putting the components together things seemed to be going pretty well. The battery for the computer worked well and all the accessories were there also. The big problem came when I tried my hardest to open the sensor component to put the dime sized battery in it. I used a coin to try to unlock the small latch to insert the battery. It would not budge. I tried several times to twist the lock in the correct direction and all it did was destroy the plastic. I believe it was a factory default. The seal was formatted at all. I never got it opened . I gave up trying. It cost $13 I just counted it as a lost. I kept what I could salvage such as batteries and zip ties for spare parts. I don’t usually have any problems with items I order from Amazon. I think this was just a bad one. Providing everything works well with your purchase I believe you won’t have any issues with the product. I didn’t totally give up on the product. I gave it another try though and ordered another bike computer fo $15.99. I will see how this one goes.

Excellent computer
I have used this computer for a few rides now and I am completely impressed with it! Installation was easy ( I mounted mine close to the wheel hub) and even after riding through some very bumpy bike trails everything stayed in place thanks to the forgivable zip ties. You see, the zip ties have a little tab you can press and undo the tie if you don't like where you put it, Genius!!! The information the computer supplies seems accurate and the product feels durable, though I have not used it in rain yet.

Nice size screen, easy to read - BUT..
While biking I'm getting spurious signals that give erroneous speed readings. I believe it is occurring coincident to passing traffic on the highway next to the bike trail but have not been able to confirm it. Travelling at a constant 18 - 19 MPH as verified by my biking partners (non wireless) computer I am getting spurious speed readouts of 30+ MPH as recorded on the MXS (Max Speed) readout. (recorded on each of the past 10 rides since installing the "Iron Horse Computer".I'd also like to mention that I had to narrow down the space from the magnet on my spokes to the fork mounted transmitter to less than 2mm to even get a reading. Oh, and both batteries were dead when I received the package - I have put fresh batteries in both the transmitter and receiver (computer) but it did not improve the reception.I'd prefer to have a wired computer.

Worth the price
Very easy to install. Only minor issue is that with my Trek 4300, I had to place the wireless sensor very close to the spoke so that it can read the magnet, other than that, i used for 18 miles so far and no problems. Worth the price.

Estoy satisfecho.
