ALPIN de luxe Lederhosen Trunks Swimming shorts

For someone not used to Euro sizes, this might seem to run small. I got a medium. At 5'7," 175lbs this fits snug, but comfortably. After living in Europe for a few years, I wasn't surprised by that at all.The best part about this product, aside from being crazy stylish, is in the details. It has numerous pockets, all small enough to not be really awkward on swimming trunks, but big enough to hold stuff like your keys. It also has a small fishing knife pocket. The buttons on the flap open just like real Lederhosen and the flap can come down for answering the call of nature without having to loosen the top. It also comes with two extra buttons in case you lose one in the river.

Bought this as a gag gift for my roommate after returning from Germany. I read that the sizes run small and they do. He normally wears a medium so I got him the large and it fits pretty well. Not sure if the extra large would have fit better or been too large but he seems happy with them. Note- they are mesh lined so if you don't like that you can cut it out.

great design but ran much smaller than expected

The reviews are correct, the shorts run small so buy a size larger than you normally would. "Made in Austria" and very well made, all seemed and has proper bathing suit lining, all buttons working (not sure why previous feedback from someone else said otherwise). They even give you extra buttons!!!! Super cute. I actually liked so much am ordering two more. Fair enough priced to be a gag gift too. Very very pleased.

this product is exactly as described. Although I'm not sure why most people would buy this (I'm a vegetarian who was going to Oktoberfest, so Leiderhosen wasn't an option), those who do will find it a bit tight in the area that matters, but otherwise a great purchase.

I normally wear a medium, but purchased a large. Good thing because European sizes run small. Love the style and quality though!

Ordered a large but traded for an xxl. Waist measures 34-36.

The sizes are smaller than stated and thanks to Amazon we new that and were able to get a Large to fit a Canadian Medium man.
