The quality is not good. it cannot insert into the USB port.

It’s a great device but it is NOT a 2-in-1 laptop.This is simply a tablet which comes with a detachable felt keyboard. What this means is the heavy screen vs the flimsy keyboard makes it top-heavy and so the screen constantly falls backwards.It has a fold out stand but this is only useful on flat surfaces, not uneven or soft surfaces and definitely not your lap!

I knew that the tablet would be fairly slow as it is a low performance processor and limited RAM, but coupled to the slow Wifi it unfortunately became a pretty poor browser too. The Table also has some hardware/software issues as mine went into hibernation when I closed the lid (as it should) but when opening the lid and pressing button to wake up, it crashed with the "blue screen of death" The tablet then failed to boot up and stayed in BIOS boot mode only. After resetting the bios back to defaults the tablet eventually booted up, but a day later crashed yet again, so the tablet has been returned

Great item for the money. Stylus is by no means a samsung s pen or surface. I think this is a great spec for the money. Would buy again.

This laptop isn’t fit for purpose. I only lightly use it. The battery needs to be charged every time before use & the battery charger cable is so flimsy & ridiculously short. The arm that pulls out as a stand for use as a laptop is uncomfortable to use for any length of time. I’m very disappointed with this as a whole.

Item arrived in good time however is not fully functional as stylus & touchscreen doesn’t work.... also no manual/instructions enclosed, clearly been returned previously by an unsatisfied customer. I now have the inconvenience of having to return this item not to mention the loss of earnings incurred whilst I wait for another laptop.

Booted up and walked through the install and immediately Windows Defender Threat Found.Worm:Win32/AutoRun.XXY!bitfrom C:\ProgramData\Synaptics\Synaptics.exeThe biwin ssd seems to be SSD in name alone as the read/write performance is horrible.I returned this laptop the day I got it and it was a Lightning Deal.
