Big enough to comfortably sit on, padding is solid. It seems durable, but I've only used it a couple of weeks. I like it as a carved out space when practicing

This mat is robust, sits well, is tough & durable while very comfortable. It's sewn well & fit for the purpose of sitting for hours on a cushion on this.

I buy most of my meditation mats from this company, they are good and heavy and firm. Sturdy and well made from natural materials.As well as sitting on them in zazen I use three of them under my futon to sleep on.

The material is lovely, strong and soft. I like the weight and the thickness of it. However it's quite lumpy and bumpy all along one edge - about 1/3 to 1/4 of the mat has lumps. I'm hoping they might smooth out over time, and in the meantime I keep the bumps at the back (under/behind my cushion) so my knees are on the flat area at the front. Still a good price and nobody else seems to have had this issue so maybe mine was a bit of a second.Update: seller got in touch with me and sent a replacement mat straight away. Genuinely concerned about how I got a faulty one and interested to find out what went wrong. I really admire the integrity and care of the business, thank you!!

Perfect for floor sitting and meditation. It's good quality and gives you the comfort you need without being over padded.

I like it a lot. It arrived very quickly and packed reasonably well. Not too soft and not too hard and is just right for me. Excellent quality and hard wearing material and I think is a delight to use. I place my Amazon bought BODYMATE Halfmoon Meditation Cushion on the mat for a perfect match. Both these items can be separated and washed. I’m happy with my purchase and it seems better than all the others I’ve seen and read up on. Price reflects its good quality and will last a lifetime.

I use the mat as a base for my meditation cushion. It is a good thickness and the recycled wool padding is really comfortable and stops any pressure on the ankles from the hard floor. The quality of the organic cotton covering is really good and i’m sure I will get many years of good sitting on it. As it has a covering which can be washed, it will be able to be kept clean.

This zafu surpassed my expectation. The spine support was immediately obvious.
