I like this as I like thicker floss. My only complaint is how easily it breaks.

I love that it's vegan, biodegradable, refillable, in a reusable dispenser… But it's still too thick for teeth that are touching one another – trying to saw it between them jars the teeth then twangs the gum.Carbon floss is thinner than vegan maize starch floss which is basically parcel string. Very reluctantly, after four attempts, I have to return to plastic dental tape. I hope there will soon be an ethical option for people with tightly packed teeth.

This floss is a great alternative to the standard dental floss that contains/is made of plastic and is often coated with flouride. This is a much better choice for the health of both the planet and you! My first pack lasted about 4 months, with daily use so it's really good value for money. I like that it comes in a glass container too, also reducing on the use of plastic. I have just ordered for a second time and am happy with this purchase :)

Disappointed that the phial is plastic. It looks like glass but it’s not. I think I like the floss.itself. It shredded in use but significantly less than regular floss.

I like the product but I've asked two questions subsequently. One was brushed under the carpet in a few days, the second in about 24 hours. In both cases the claim was that no answer was available. The first was about lack of availability of refills. The second was seeking reassurance on the materials used in manufacture. I saw that the seller of a very similar sounding product, also made in China, now says on their Amazon page that they've discovered their product contains 20% polyester. The seller of this product is apparently unable to reassure me. Amazon seem to be happy to be complicit in brushing my questions under the carpet.

I love the packaging, takes up less room than normal floss on the bathroom counter space. It's clear so you can see how much you have left. I love the refill options, reducing packaging and material waste. It's a good thickness for allowing it to get between the teeth. The flavour is neutral and undetectable. It feels natural and nothing is overpowering. No residual taste is left. If it didn't alter the chemical composition of the thread and coating with something less environmentally or mouth friendly, something to enable the thread to glide a bit more easily between teeth would be my only suggestion for improvement. The black colour is great for allowing you to see what has been retrieved from between the teeth for analysis!

I love this style of floss but both times I’ve ordered nebula it looks out of date and faded. It’s very fragile and breaks before you can actually floss your teeth.

This is awful. It simply breaks as soon as you try to use it. I couldn’t even finish flossing before I’d gone through a silly amount of floss, having snapped every time I took it to a tooth. It’s unusable. Poor, poor quality.
