I am actually quite surprised by the quality of these bands as well as the handles. I've never used resistance bands before but I love how easy it is to add and subtract resistance with the clip and hook system that these have. These give me and my wife tremendous flexibility without the time and expense associated with a gym. There MAY be some muscle groups that are better worked at the gym but I've found that I'm able to target the muscles I want and I can make them tell me about it the next day. I am not a weak person by any means and these bands provide resistance from the "gee, I might rip the door off the hinge" level down so something easy for anyone with the strength to grip. It's pretty amazing actually.The video links provided are also pretty good. The video lighting is poor but the information is still conveyed and the site works on my laptop, tablet, and phone. I checked out the videos just to make sure I was using the bands correctly and found a handful of good ideas for workouts.If you are looking for resistance bands, you cannot go wrong with these. For the record, this is not a compensated endorsement, just a happy customer.

I have to say that I bought these as a present for my lady. I use some heavy, (blue, triple burgundy, and combos thereof), Lifeline USA bands, personally. I have been using such resistance bands for a very long time, so don't need a lot of variation in weight beyond those. My lady is new to resistance training and so wanted a selection she could build with.This is a great kit for anyone who needs to get in and stay in shape. When I checked it out, I found it to be very well constructed with a very good selection of resistance. The carrying case means my lady can take it with her when she needs to travel, a portable gymnasium. They provide excellent online instructions as well.The snaps are easier for my lady than the plug style of the Lifeline set for changing cables, something I don't do often, so I have to give props for them, and the handles are comfortably padded, something my lady likes a lot, though I prefer the hard triple handles from Lifeline.The accessories are excellent, though the door adapter is nowhere near so good as the Lifeline version, which is superb. Thus 4 stars.OTH, the door adapter for LIfeline is about $8.00 by itself here on Amazon.This is a real bargain without sacrificing quality.A note. One of the lighter bands(light green) broke recently (May 2016). I emailed the company about replacing that one band. I offered to pay, as I considered it normal wear, they sent a whole new set at no cost.I am upping my rating to 5 stars for completely over the top customer service.

So far....so good!!Not new to resistance bands, used to have a bowflex. This works really quite well for my now smaller place. What really captured my attention is the fact that the ankle bands.....are the most sturdy I have ever seen/used/had!! they do not come off.....until you take them off.....which is very useful to me since countless times while doing leg work, the other flimsy ankle straps would come off.Also like that it takes up practically no space and the guide that comes with it (online) shows great range of exercises. Which if you have use any bands before, will enhance your routine.

I have been using these now for well over 3 years. The ability to swap handles from band to band, and even to combine multiple bands together at the same time is beyond wonderful. I workout 5 days a week minimum 2 hours a day. I have used these for pretty much every major muscle group at one time or another and I use them EVERY DAY. The handles are still in great shape, no wear issues on the bands or anything. I have used these so much that I am now stronger to the point that I am ordering a second set so that I can combine the black and blue bands from each set together for greater resistance. 3 years of everyday use. I think that says it all.

Comes in a convenient pouch. Everything shown was in the pouch. Instructions were provided on how to access exercise booklets online. Each exercise had a picture of how to execute the exercise with a description. They also have specific body part challenges, i.e. 30 day abs challenge and 30 days legs challenge. You can save them to your hard drive or print out the exercises. It was very easy to set up on my closet door and easy to change. I keep the other bands hanging on an over the door coat hook making it easy to change out bands quickly. I wish I would have invested in this product years ago. I also took it on vacation with me. Great product at a great price.

Real nice set. I'm 60 so I'm not likely to put a lot of stress on them so I can't comment on how sturdy they are. However, they seem really well made and shouldn't be an issue to anyone. They also come in a nice bag so they're easy to store when done using them. Overall it's a great set of resistance bands. Although I'm not likely to overstress them I will probably use them more than folks not retired yet since I have time to use them daily. So with that in mind I don't want to deal with a flimsy or difficult to use set and these fit my bill nicely. Great to use on a daily basis.

I got these bands a few weeks ago. The straps are great quality and the company is very supportive of their product.Before I received the product the company emailed me and sent me instructions and other material on the bands. So before I even got the set I already had an idea of what I needed to do with them.After getting the bands I was quite impressed with the packaging although I feel the carrying bag's strap may one day come apartThe bands themselves are very sturdy and it has nice clips that hold the handles on. I like that I have the options of Velcro straps and handles.The door strap is great and works both in the hinges and in the open section.The exercises they have in the free material are all well illustrated and easy to understand.I am pretty happy with the straps and the company has been great.

I recently bought a set of Topelek resistance bands for home, and wanted a set for work. These were cheaper, and looked similar, so I bought them. And actually, I think they are better, and represent extremely good value.PROS*the resistance bands are a heavier weight. I use Topelek blue and green together for biceps curls - the Cayman second strongest, blue band gives the same resistance. So these will be more useful as my muscles get stronger.*the bag is a more generous size*The clips are nice and big, not fiddly like the Topelek's.*A card supplies a link to a website with exercise information, which is useful for a beginner.CONS*the bands don't say on them how strong they are. The Topeleks do.

The service I received even before the bands arrived was impressive. I received an email with details of online videos and instructions of how to use the bands. The bands come in a black nylon bag that closes with hook & loop tape, so it's easy to keep the bands and the accessories all in one place. I started working with them yesterday. So far I am very pleased with the quality of the product and with the after effect of the exercises. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is embarking on exercise for the first time, or returning to it after a long time away.

I needed to buy resistance bands to assist in shoulder rehabilitation. Having persevered with various resistance bands with varying degrees of success I came across this-unbeatable for the cost-different resistance bands (although more like cables),hand grips ,door connector,carry bag-plus a downloadable how to guide including videos.-plus great customer service.Very pleased and for the price exceptional value.

I received 2 sets, one better than the other. Each with ankle bands, handles and a number of band. There was also a fixture to connect the bands to a door. If you are used to lifting heavy weights then you will not get much out of the possible resistance, even a moderately fit person squats or bench press type exercises will not be much of a challenge. More isolation exercises are certainly possible. The follow up was good and after registrating there was discriptions of exercises and programs but no irritating following up emails.

Really nice set, lots of bits and pieces for under £20 which are really great for exercising. However a lot of the exercises require you use the door anchor which won't work in my apartment, totally my own fault as I didn't read how to use these until I got them! But the other exercises are great! The bands and bits feel strong and I think they will last a long time! Great company also, videos and help downloads from their site.

Excellent tubing set and has all the additional accesories. If you're a 'big' (loosley used) unit like me and you don't want to bulk-up, these are really great for toning and shaping specific body areas.You can use them for a wide range of upper and lower muscle groups, targetting areas you wouldn't necessarily need or want weights for.

Arrived on time and in good condition. The bands, clips and handles are all very sturdy. The email I was sent before they arrived explained how to use the bands in detail. You also get access to online videos and further walk-throughs through the company website. Would recommend for people new to resistance bands.

Very good product, been using for a while now looks like they will be made to last as I have seen some reviews say in the past that they start to come apart these don't look like they will, you also get a guide emailed to you what is quite useful if you have not used these before

Seems great so far, strong bands that are well made. Pretty much everything you need to get a workout when you are on the road and can’t get into a gym.

I travel a lot for work and wanted something that I could take in my suitcase to get a little exercise in the hotel room. For this they are perfect! Very strong and allow me to do a variety of basic exercises. I now keep a set in my office too so I can do some exercise if I have a few minutes spare.

I bought these for my disabled wife to sit in her chair and do her exercises with so she doesnt seize up. They are fairly good quality and have lasted well with no problems

I ordered these with a new year resolution in mind, and with the downloadable guide I've had a gentle practice - now the hard work begins.An ideal way to build strength and flexibility, and to target the flabby bits ! Easy to add extra resistance in stages . I would never have previously thought my narrow hallway could work as a gym.

Excellent for extra fitness and good choice of different strengths bands and handy replacements for other exercises.

These are great, good quality and excellent for a home workout. I could take these with me on holiday too as they come in a convenient small bag which collectively weighs very little.

There good quality, but too short so it's hard to do chest. Or front raises.
