Great looking bulbs, but not sure on the lifespan
--- Update 2/29/16 ---Out of the 8 bulbs we bought, 4 have now gone out. Even with the manufacturer replacements, I simply cannot recommend these bulbs.--- Update 2/8/16 ---The manufacturer contacted me and is shipping a replacement bulb. Great to see them stand behind their product. I have bumped this review up to 5 stars to reflect not just the quality of the bulb, but of the manufacturer as well.--- Original on 2/7/16 ---The bulbs look great. We ordered 8 for a fixture, and while we have yet to hook up a dimmer to test their functionality as dimmable, we did have one of the bulbs go out on us after just a month and a half. I have to believe it's a defect with the bulb and not that these aren't going to last, but I'm not positive about that. And now the bulbs are unavailable, so we're stuck either replacing all 8 bulbs again, which is expensive with these types of bulbs, or being a bulb short. I expected more for the price.

Do not function well as dimmable bulb, even after changing dimmable light switches
Listed as dimmable however even after replacing my dimmer switches to "LED Dimmable" switches, the bulbs were temperamental in terms of function. They would either work as advertised, or would not, i.e. would not dim as described, or if dimmed, would not brighten to full wattage. They look cool so kept them in rooms where fixtures are cosmetic and need a clear light, but do not have dimmable switches.

Didn't work for me
Appearance wish these are nice looking bulbs and I was hoping I would really like them. However, they are no where near as bring as my Phillips LEDs of the same wattage. Wife didn't like them either so back to Amazon they go.

I love these bulbs
I love these bulbs, put them all over the exterior and interior of my home. They match incandescent bulbs more than any other I have found

The Future is LED.
Fantastic. I love the way LED development is going. I expect to be 100 percent converted at home by end of this year. These in particular are lovely bulbs giving a great warm light and look great when off as well as when on. Recommend them.
