Disappointed with both product and shipping!!I paid $25 for shipping and it arrived a week past the estimated ship date. Est. ship date wasn't even updated so I literally had to check the tracking every day on the carrier website.For future reference, update the shipping status so customers can at least be aware where their order is!Second the quality is HORRIBLE!! Wooden ball wasn't painted properly and the surface was very uneven also had air bumps. And on one of the ball, paint cracked and it came off the wooden ball. Definitely will return!

This thing is great! I have it only held in with two screws on the top, into drywall with the mounts it provided. It holds up incredibly well for the amount of weight my girlfriend and I subject it to... I'm talking east coast winter coats.. all out of the closet and ended up on this rack. It barely bends, it doesn't feel fragile.. but I wish we kept it empty more often since it looks so nice!! Highly recommended, eames inspired design.
