I've been ordering Khapli Aata from Two Brothers for almost two years now and have always been very happy with the quality. However, I noticed that this time, there's a noticeable difference in the texture—particularly in the softness of the rotis. They aren't turning out as soft as they usually do, even though I'm using the same preparation method. I’m wondering if there has been a change in the processing or the batch quality of the aata.
