First off, I really like the minimalistic design of this jump-rope. I am on the short side, so when I adjusted the rope with the tiny wrench (be careful not to lose it) to what I thought would be the right length, I had to cut the extra length off. I didn't have the proper wire cutter (these are pretty thick metal wire inside) so I had to go to the hardware store to get the extra rope cut.The use of the rope is pretty effortless, but it is almost too light in the hand, which seems to make it a little hard to control. The rope is a little "whip-like", so be careful not to get hit by it. Those are the two reasons I took off a star. So far the best rope I have tried though.

I had a faulty rope with a handle flying off during use, even after ensuring handle connection was snug.Customer service was professional, more than reasonable and attentive.Impressed!

I waited approximately one month to provide this review. Bottom line up front: I found this jump rope well worth five stars for construction, ease of use and training.Construction. It is made of a more durable rubberized coating that normal speed ropes just like it. This coating has lasted longer. The handles are thick, sturdy and comfortable. No issues here.Ease of use: The coating does not 'whip' my leg nearly as bad as the plasticized rubberized coating that I have used every time before. The rope adjustment is simple. It comes with an allen wrench to tighten the screw once you have adjusted the rope to your size. FYI: don't lose the allen wrench.Training: That depends on you. The rope will meet your jump rope needs...if you choose to use it.Lastly, I would not recommend jumping on ashpalt or concrete as it will wear the middle of the rope out. This goes for any jump rope though.

After a month of use The plastic piece that holds the cable to the handle completely broke off so it is useless

I'm not one to post reviews, but this product is better than advertised.The jump rope is great and all that I could ask for in a jump rope. The customer service on the other hand was awesome. They followed up with me twice via email asking if I was satisfied. I wrote back telling them there was a slight nick in the plastic sheathing, but hadn't left a bad review because I wasn't sure if it was something I'd done. They wrote back instantly letting me know they were shipping me a new one free of charge. I explained again that it could have been my fault, but they insisted and let me keep the first one.Great product, but JAJA WELLNESS really won me over.

Didn't realize this when I bought these but you do have to trim them down a little to get to your size. I'm 6"0' and fully extended I had a hard time using them because they'd hit the ground 2-3 feet out in front of me ... my friend eventually told me that i needed to slide the clamps down a few inches and remove the excess in order to use them effectively. Since then they've been perfect!

I wanted a durable jump-rope to carry on business trips and use in my hotel room for a quick cardio workout. This rope fits the bill. I found it very easy to adjust (thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions that were included) and I like how light it is. I also have been pleasantly surprised by the attentive emails I've received from the seller offering help and giving extra tips on usage. Good product and good service!

This is the best investment I have made in terms of fitness equipment. I jump rope nearly every day for almost one hour and I can do it anywhere. The rope is super strength and very durable, it comes in a nice pouch so you can place it in your backpack and you are good to go.
