just what i was looking for.

Super bright, low heat - we like them overall
Super bright, low heat - we like them overall. But the color is NOT 2700K warm - it's washed-out. We ended up moving these bulbs to a hallway light, because the color of the light they put off in the living room looked way different and "fluorescent" compared to the other, well-matched incandescent and 2700K LED bulbs (Cree) in the room. Too bad, or I would have bought a few more of these, but we'll keep looking...

Works, but not bright enough
This was left right at my door, which was very convenient. That said, the bulb works, but it's dimmer than the 7 watt incandescent bulb I had in my night light before. The listing said it was a 40 watt bulb equivalent, but it wasn't bright enough. I figured since LED bulbs are generally 4-10 times brighter than incandescents with the same energy usage, that this would be the right brightness, but it was too dim.
