Box looks like it’s old and beat up and taped up. Inside the product looks fine. Pens are not used. Just the packaging

I enjoy this pen. It has two different tips which are each suitable for my various tasks. Very practical.Two, downsides; first, the tips lack covers. Next, if not checked frequently, the tips may be come loosened and fall off. This remedied by frequent checking to insure they remain tightened which is bothersome but not impossible.
