TONYMOLY So Juicy Lip Tint Water Trio, (Pack of 3)

My lack of effort, time, and poor makeup skills have put me on a quest for the lowest-maintenance makeup routine possible (and with the highest returns). If you're looking for all-day color and pop to your lips with none of the discomfort and headache that comes with regular lipstick, this lip tint is for you!I've tried numerous other lip tints and always found that either the gel ones were too uncomfortable and unnatural to wear, or the water-based ones had almost no tint that lasted over an hour. For these tints, this is NOT the case at all - it takes all day to fade, and does not fade entirely even after 3 meals and no touch-ups. You could easily have an all-day bold color with just 1 or 2 quick touch-ups, which are painless to do because this tint dries quickly and does not make your lips feel goopy or dry either. Or if you're like me, you'll just let it fade a bit naturally over the course of the day, because somehow it fades completely evenly.It's also extremely forgiving. As per my poor makeup skills, there have been a few times I accidentally went over my lip but was able to wipe it off without a mark left behind so long as I attended to it right away. You also have a lot of control over the intensity of it that I haven't found in other lip tints before (if you enjoy those faded lip styles, these tints would make that very easy to do). Sometimes, I'll apply an extra coat once the first has completely dried, especially with the red and darker color, to get a much bolder look. Doing so doesn't make it any more prone to coming off. Similarly, it's not hard to touch up areas you might have accidentally missed at first - other water-based tints I found really hard to use delicately and evenly like that.I was mostly getting this set for the darkest color, but after trying all of them out, there isn't a color I don't like. My makeup needs might be simpler than others, but these three colors cover all of my possible makeup looks that compliment different outfit colors, occasions, etc. I rarely if ever see my tint appear on my coffee mug or water glasses (unless I impatiently sip coffee just a few mins after applying, which I do because I'm dumb). All-in-all I couldn't recommend this stuff more. Once my tax returns come in, I'll be buying a few of these to hoard them so I can be sure I never run out!

Writing this because the damaged packaging made me almost pass these by. I ordered yesterday and they got here today, intact with a sticker seal you break to open the gloss. To try it out I put a drop of the lightest shade on my finger and THEN I remembered they stain. 😅 Tried wiping and wiping but it's still stained exactly where I put it. Really pretty and bright for a water tint. I haven't used it in my routine yet but I'm pleased with my purchase.

Is it amazing? No. Is it pretty good? Yes.First off. The 'carrot' leaked everywhere on the other two, sadly. However you can tell they did an amazing job wrapping the product for shipping. It leaked on nothing but the three lipstains, nowhere in the box with another item in my Amazon order. It wasnt broken or anything. I believe the issue is with the stoppers on the containers. Hold them upside down- nothing leaks. Run them under water- they all leak. May have just been more of an issue with that one more than the others. So just be weary of that.However, the product is really nice. Just don't expect *too* much. This won't stain your lips for days on end. Only maybe a day at most. Perfect for a little color and it's easier to reapply throughout day than normal lipstick. Would I recommend this product? Depends. It's cheap and lets me test lip stains for one of the first times before I decide to get a better, more expensive one. Will I be buying this again? No. Just due to the packaging and not amazing quality.So... with these in mind, you decide if it's worth it. Don't have super high standards with this product, but I wouldn't say this is a bad product.

The bottle design of these are VERY poor, you simply cannot pull the stick out without the inner plastic bit coming off and out with it...it creates a HUGE staining mess. The gloss is very pigmented with staying power...BUT it's super chemically tasting.

First two pictures are the lightest color before it finished setting and before I added tallow as lip balm. Next two are the medium color not long after it set. Next is the medium color 4 hours after I put it on. Last one is the darkest color.I applied the tint, left it with minimal lip closing for 10 minutes to set, then applied a tallow based cream to moisturize my lips. By the time I put the cream on barely any color wipes away. This is exactly what I'm looking for. Long lasting lip stain. My only complaint is that there aren't more colors in this formula, so I'll have to experiment with another if I want more subtle colors.

One of my tubes was open and leaking and there's no way I'm going to return such a small item! What a waste of my time. I can't speak to the quality. I should get a refund. What are they going to do if I return it? Send it out again? Just no.

This product STICKS! It survived a mask almost all day, plus an order of Bahn Mi and Boba. It doesn't smell harsh, but the taste is a bit bitter. It also is a little drying, but I put a coat of Burt's Bees chapstick over it and it is perfect. I highly recommend it as a lipstain. All three shades are beautiful and buildable.
