I've used these prenatals for both pregnancies as they are recommended by my home birth midwife! Clean ingredients with all needed vitamins. they come in either minis where you have to take 4 or regular size where you take 2 daily. If you struggle to take/swallow pills the minis will be perfect for you But if that's not an issue for you I take the regulars no problem. A little bit of an earthy taste but not bad at all. Didn't bother my stomach at all.

taste terrible and smell terrible but that’s expected with the ingredients and honestly i’d rather be healthy than focus on that. i appreciate the moringa and choline. iron was important too, plus all the other postnatal essentials. only wish they added a little dha cause baby still could use that for development, but i just got fish oil supplement on the side. make sure you take 2 of these a day. pretty easy to swallow. they’ll start to oxidize and change color if you take them out of the container so wouldn’t do that. definitely feel week if i miss my dose.

Absolutely love these post natal vitamins. I have been feeling very well post partum and have taken these and prenatal when I was pregnant. They do not make me sick at all. They have a bitter taste if you leave in your mouth for too long but very good overall. I have good energy levels after vitamins are taken. Truly love this brand.

I used these before and throughout my pregnancy. One of the only brands I trust and buy from. The taste wasn’t bad and was easy to take regarding flavor. Love that it doesn’t have a fishy taste like some prenatals do. Only con to these is they are on the large side and can be hard to take but most prenatals are.

I have been using this supplement with both of my kiddos postpartum! I love that it gives me that extra boost of vitamins and minerals that I may be lacking through my diet. It also does not upset my stomach.

So far so good. Every time I take them my milk supply skyrocketed. Maybe even a little too much I got engorged a couple of times. But I pumped the excess. The more the better honestly. I havnt noticed any differences with digestion. My baby definty seemed more active on the days I took them. They are big but if you take a lot of water with them they are easy to swallow.

Love these! I personally had used prenatal and postnatal both of them great vitamins full of what I need. Postnatal have definitely helped me boost my milk supply and my nail/hair growth!ps. They do have a weird smell/test bc of the ingredients but manageable size could be a little too much for some people
