This product is good but be careful to tapper into it, it will cause you to over heat depending on your sensitivity i had some migraine flare-up and a bit of breaking out but it definitely works

This collagen made a great job to my joints. Am an old bodybuilder and it happens that I left 100 kg and sometimes more then my joints are affected badly at my age but this product resolved this issue and for sure I will continue taking it .

Before I tried this collagen, I couldn't bend my knees, it was too much pain. Now, after 3 months taking the pills I can surprisingly squat all the way down on my own weight. I'm not 100% sure if there is a direct correlation, but I have no other explanation.

I take two to three capsules a day not the six capsules recommended dosage because I eat a mostly healthy and balanced diet.

It seems my bottle had like 30 tablets. I did not count exactly. But 2 tablet a day it was empry in couple of weeks.
