Good, but seams aren't reinforced
This is a solid product if you only need it for a couple months. If you're taking a class or if you're mostly fire and just occasionally on EMS and need EMS pants, this will do the trick. That being said, if you're working on the ambo regularly, you're going to need something more sturdy. These are single, non-reinforced seams through the legs. The stitching feels weak. They're not tight on me at all, which I like, but I feel as though the seams are about to pop apart.I do like the multiple reinforcements on the buckle and they are easy to wash, so they get points for that. I wish the knees were reinforced more, though. The pockets only have snaps on one side which kind of sucks because I want to use one side of loops for trauma shears and the other for tape. Also, the velcro survives for multiple washes, which is definitely a plus.A quick note on size: I'm 5'2" and I got a small. The pant legs were about six inches too long on me. I just rolled mine up because my agency allows it, but if yours doesn't and you're petite, factor in hemming. I ordered a small and a medium (I'm usually a small), so it does run true to size. It's also loose in the waist, so you're definitely going to need a belt (which you should have already, but that's beside the point).TLDR: they're not a bad product. But if you're wearing these regularly and doing lots of lifting, transporting, etc., go for 5.11s. These are cheaper, but they're not a good bang for your buck if you want a pair that will last with routine use.

Fit like men's
Good quality fabric. Seems very durable. Down side they fit like men's pants. No butt room. And even with the stretch in the waist I found the metal clips digging into my waste. Went by size chart so either they run small or the shape of them is just not right when it comes to the bigger sizes.

Ripped at the seam
I didn't like these pants for working as an EMT because the material retains heat and absorbs liquid instead of slicking it off, which makes them more uncomfortable than my other brands of tactical pants. The material was cottony and pilled at the thighs which caused the fabric to degrade. The waist is also lower rise so I had to wear my belt tighter since it did not rest on my waist but instead on my hips. While these aspects made the pants uncomfortable, they otherwise served their purpose until the degradation of the fabric on my thigh created a hole, which then ripped at the seams, so I was stuck at work with a 5-inch hole revealing my thigh...

Exactly what I needed
This pair of pants fit quite well, and even had give and an elastic band, so it really fit well around the waist. I had ordered a size bigger just in case it didn't fit right, and I have to say I'm glad I did because on the thighs it can be a little tight when you bend, and it's tailored high in the crotch, which takes getting used to when you're used to men's EMT pants like I was. I'm neutral when it comes to that though, it's nice to not have to yank your pants up when they ride too low. The pockets are as you'd expect, and only have place for your trauma sheers on the right leg, which if you're right handed is fine; I cannot speak for lefties who might be bothered by this. There are of course big pockets on both legs, which was a definite must for me as a medic. I'd order this again, and for the nice price (way cheaper than at any medical supply store/uniform place), I definitely recommend this to anyone not sure about ordering without trying them on.

Try a different company
These pants are nice and roomy with the pockets I have worn a pair one time and noticed they were goin to bust in the crotch. No one to respond about possibly being replaced. These pants are not tight on me and are actually loose.. not sure if I would recommend. I'll prob order more from a different company.

Good Pants
I got a 22 I believe, whatever the largest size is and it fits well. The material itself doesn’t have any stretch to it but it does have an expanding waste band. The material is thick which will help avoid getting cut up in the field. A good set of medic pants.

Worth the money
Very comfortable pants and a stretchy waist. The only thing I don’t like about them is instead of having a button they have hooks which are very easy to break and pop out of place. Other than that thought they’re amazing pants.
