Alvarado St. Bakery, Sprouted Onion Bagel, Organic, 20 oz (Frozen)

I can only have wheat if it's sprouted so was pleased years ago when I found these and liked them. The onion poppyseed flavor is so good though the hardest to find of the several available flavors.

We like this a lot. I appreciate having sprouted wheat products for kids that have sensitivity to heavy wheat products.

Pretty tasty for a sprouted, healthier bagel. Lost a star as it is hard to keep this bagel from breaking up a bit but still recommended.
