Poorly packaged, Arrived Broken Up
I love Pan Pastels, but they really need to stop shipping loosely in bubble envelopes. This is not enough protection to prevent the product from arriving damaged and broken up, as seen in my video.

Why do you send this in an envelope?
I can’t really make a review of this item because it is the second one I receive and arrives all smashed, powdered. The one that came in a box, white color, arrived perfect. The brown and red that are in an envelope are arriving like this. I’m saying it is soft because it always arrives loose.
