IT WORKS! If you are patient and diligent, it works! Only lightening cream that has had the same results as laser spot removal. Keep in mind dark spots are decades in the making...so if it takes several weeks to fade it away it seems reasonable to me. This is the only lightening cream that has ever worked for me. I am reordering again because it is part of my nighttime routine.

Don't waste your money
I used this for two weeks on one small dark spot. And it did not fade at all. I actually used the entire jar of lotion and there is no difference. Waste of money.
