I bought this at Christmas time as a present to myself because I had a situation where my battery died due to light being left on and when we tried to find someone to jump the car, it was a huge problem because everyone that offered to jump us had a new car and it was impossible for them to access their battery to help us. So, I didn't want that to happen again. When I received this and showed my husband he just laughed at me and said good luck!! Sure enough a couple of days later he left my back hatch open and the battery was dead the next morning so we had the perfect opportunity to give it a try. I was so easy to connect and jumped my car (Mazda CX9) with no problems. It's very compact, has cables to jump the car as well as different options to charge a phone if needed (my son had to use it for that one day too). I've had it in my car for a month now and it's holding a charge even with the cold weather which concerned me because I didn't want to have to constantly check it. Love it and feel so much safer now.

This is an excellent product and multi-functional. I like that it's packaged in a solid, compact, portable case that is easy to put in my car or office bag. My favorite feature of the JUMPPLUS is that it provides charging for my many electronic devices when I'm traveling and bouncing between airports. Finding an outlet in an airport is not always easy! This is just a bonus to the intended purpose of the JUMPPLUS of being able to charge the pack and jump your car with the included jumper cables...which it really does work!!! Every frequent traveler should have one in their car or the pack in their bag going through the airport and ladies need these in their car! Moms will feel safe and not have too look for someone to help them jump a car while their baby is inside. This is a great and solid product, especially for the price.

Ironically, I bought this and it came the day before we left on a trip. I charged it and forgot to put it in my truck before leaving for the airport and of course upon returning the battery was dead.But, we got home and the battery was dead again the next morning. Used this and got it started just fine (F-150 3.5L Ecoboost V6). Used it a couple times before finally getting a new battery. One issue I had was that the one jumper clamp broke (plastic snapped). The Seller responded and took care of the problem.

I was looking for a way to charge my laptop during trade shows. It doesn’t actually charge newer models. Packaging was nice but didn’t find it useful and returned and got the Portable AC outlet battery pack by ChargeTech 2700mAh. The ChargeTech will charge a new 87W 2017 MacBook Pro one full charge. This won’t do anything. On the other hand the JUMPPLUS might work for smaller macs or other C type devices.

Purchased this last year and worked as advertised when tested. I noticed in August 2017 that it was no longer holding a charge more than a few days. I contacted the seller and they requested that I send the unit back. They shipped a replacement the following week and the new one is holding a charge like it should.

I could not get this to jump my car. 79 Jeep CJ7 350 V8. Wouldn't do anything except show error light and beep. The folks at Jumpplus were kind enough to try and help, even sent a replacement cable.

Works well.

My daughter already used it at college to jump start her RAV 4 V6.it worked the first time. The great thing is I don't have to worry about her waiting on the side of the road for a tow truck for hours. This is a great product!
