This is a well written workbook for victims of abuse. It deals with the subject in a God honoring and gentle way.

I've been using this in my own life and in counseling for years now. I'm actually going through it again after a couple of years. There's always something new to learn because this book is based on scripture that never returns void!

I use this study in the counseling ministry I counselor for and also for the women in the women’s discipleship home serve at. It’s an excellent study that helps define identity in Christ and explains how to walk in freedom with Christ.

This book is an amazing gift if you are willing to commit yourself of doing the best you can , you don’t need to get all the goals at first but you will start to grow in them and getting healed as long as you are honest with yourself and purchase true freedom by the healing words of the bible , this book is the perfect guide to get to know yourself znd the truth of the bible and it’s changing power !

Went through this once, and would love to go through it several more times! It has been very helpful to me, and have also shared it with others! Such life changing truths!
