Installation was a little bit confusing, but ultimately very easy. The video resolution is amazing. The pan and tilt functions work great. I wish they were a little less spongy in their responses but certainly more than acceptable. The voice, talk and receive, seems to work fine. Not as refined as I would like, but again, more than acceptable. I consider this a great buy and a really good product. Of course this is one day into ownership where I've just been playing with the features. I plan to use it soon as a monitor for when my grandchild sleeps over and for when we are away on vacation. I'll update my review after that. But so far,.. so good!

while I am not that savvy about the electronics I do want to see if this camera will work on the net thru my computer. I will not have it work via a phone, but thru a tablet. As of today, I cannot get my computer to recognize the camera. is there a trick to get this communication link? thanks for any help. So far, I would rate this as a dud.

This works great with a clear picture. Setup was super easy, just plug the camera into your router with a wire to set up.It was so easy because it routes through their servers which can be concerning since they would technically own all the footage.They're welcome to watch my dog sleep though, so I don't care.

Worked well for me. Simple setup and all features work great. Make sure to personalize the password because mine got hacked overnight the first time I left it running. The hacker was able to move the camera lens around to see the room. Since changing to a strong password, I have not had issues.

I tried this with a Samsung galaxy, Ipad, iPhone, and PC. Would not connect to any. It spins when plugged in and makes audible requests. But as far as actually videoing, have no clue. Pay for a quality product and skip this one. Oh, and note, the majority of the 5 star reviews have been paid for their reviews via receiving the product for free.

Had a little trouble with setup. Got it figured out. Sound has a lot of static. Video is pretty good.

This camera uses a proprietary video format. You can only play it back with their software. And that software sucks. Very difficult finding things in the video. I do not recommend this camera at all.

This little camera is perfect for checking in on our puppy. The only thing is that it will get froze when I move it but I think that may be our internet or my iphone. The video is clear and audio is pretty good. I like it- worth the price.
