I ordered these for my litter of 10 AKC Standard poodles in February '23... I'm already aware I usually mess up writing things on something the first time due to my ADHD/Dyslexia combo. So I ordered 3 more just in case, at the time, I'm not sure but I didn't see it say that there was 10 per pack. But I've ended up with about 100 of these with that 1 order 🤣 and I messed one up, so I'm glad I had extra

As a breeder of AKC beagles (mostly bluetick bloodline), it is important to me to provide new owners with complete information regarding the health and vaccination of their new pet. The Jeffers trifold health record has a spot for all the pertinent information and provides details about vaccinations.

I’ve used these vaccine booklets for years. They are well made and very sturdy. Have a great schedule set up and place for the vaccine label. Highly recommend.

great product and a great way to keep track of records and have them in multiple places. I just wish the fact it’s a 10 pack was better noted. I bought 2 assuming it was 1 each for a total of 2 but was surprised when I received 20. but not the worst thing to have extras of
