My 78 year old husband suffers from a painful back. Probably the result of 70 years of athletics! He has been taking these for several years, and they do help the pain by rebuilding painful cartlidge.

This did not work as well for me as another product. I guess one needs try several to find one that may help.

My joint and leg problems are definitely reduced not completely gone but it does help tremendously
