Disappointing
I had been interested in this style for some time; and was pleased to come across this DVD. This DVD presents 3 forms of this style, but only demonstrates each form twice without a breakdown of the movements. If all I wanted was to see a demonstration of a couple of forms, I could accomplish this on YouTube for free. A good martial arts instructional video ought at least to have a walk through instructional presentation of the form. This fails in that respect. The teacher does give a few examples of some applications, which is a good thing. But overall, this DVD fails to accomplish the purpose of presenting the art in a way that allows for learning. This poor review in no way is a detraction of the instructor's skill level. He knows his art and does it well. However, this was not organized well for an instructional DVD.

Well done
Vier Punkte weil man es hätte besser drehen können, ansonsten ist es das einzige Lehrvideo dieser eher seltenen südchinesischen traditionellen Kampfkunst. Der Lehrer selbst ist gut und weiss wovon er redet.
