Great product, truly amazing customer service
This is my first foray into grow tents so I did a bit of research and this brand was supposedly high quality at a reasonable price. I was not disappointed. The metal poles are tough to fit together but once you do they seem very sturdy and form a "+" shape at the top so you can hang lights or whatever from the ceiling. The tent itself is very high quality. The zippers are sturdy and the stitching feels excellent. The tent comes with a removable floor so you can clean up messes easily, and has an indoor pocket for tools and a few windows. For what I paid for it ($52) I think it's excellent. The tent is great but the customer service is truly amazing. My first tent had a small hole in one of the seams and they promptly sent me a replacement for no extra charge. This replacement was actually the wrong size due to a clerical error so they sent me another replacement tent. Most sellers ship replacement parts at snail-mail speeds but not these guys---my tents arrived 3--4 business days after I contacted them. They replied to every single email I sent them within 12 hours. If that wasn't enough, they didn't make me go through a lengthy ordeal for the defective products like some sellers make you do. This company's customer service is the best I've ever experienced; I can't say enough good things about them.Suggestion: the tent is fairly easy to set up but beware the metal poles fit extremely tightly into the tent. I would recommend starting by putting the poles in place near the full-sized wall of the tent before doing the ones by the zip-able door. I initially tried to put the zip-able door in place before fitting the corners in near the wall but this ended up stretching the fabric too much for comfort. When I did it the opposite way it fit much better.

Pretty solid for the price
This is my first grow tent. I do lots of research and decided to go with a cheap tent for my first one. There's light leaks in the window screen (seemingly common) and in some of the stitching, but I grow autoflowers, so I really don't care. The material seems pretty heavy duty including the zipper. I had to cut some fraying threads from my door area before it opened and closed without getting snagged, but that's fine. The metal bars that make the frame are ok...even good...but the two cross bars that are used for hanging were banged up a bit and already starting to rust. It took me about 20 minutes in a very cramped space to set up by myself. For the price, I would consider this a solid buy. After a few cycles of grows and harvests, this tent is still holding up well. The fabric near the most common meeting point of the zippers has frayed worse, but not a bid deal for me. If you're looking for cheap but sufficient, this seems to be that compromise. Zipper is louder than any other tent I've used, but also doesn't bother me.

Good tent for the price.
Your buying the cheapest tent you can find. Don’t bash it. It is what it is. Be gently with the zippers. These are good little tents. Yes there will probably be some pin holes and the zippers are well zippers. They work fine if you are gentle and go slow with them. Don’t be jerking on them when you get mad. These tents are cheap. You get what you pay for.
