Now my home gym has all the equipment in one. Easy to use and sturdy power rack with excellent and smooth lateral pull downs, I can get the full performance out of this equipment. Size is great and excellent value for the money. Also, great customer service.

This machine is highly versatile and perfect for getting a variety of workouts at home without feeling like you're missing out. I was able to put it together by myself, took me about a day and it's very sturdy once finished. The instructions are mostly visual but easy to understand. I would suggest reading through it thoroughly before starting however, because there are some steps that need to be swapped. I found that out the hard way and had to backtrack some of my work. Shipping was fast and everything arrived in good condition. Overall, extremely pleased with this setup.

Pros- Very sturdy, and the design is flawless, the rods are heavy and very well made the most important part of exercising is safety, and I feel very comfortable benching with these saftey rods. The cables offer a variety of different exercises much like a gym pulley machine would. The pull up attachment is also offers a comfortable grip, and its very sturdy.Cons- this equipment system arrives in 3 separate packages a couple days a part so you'll have to be patient. The pulley system works well, but feels like there's a lot of strain on the plastic pulley wheels, probably gonna have to swap em out at some point, not sure if they'll be durable for years to come.Next is assembly, the manual was easy to read, the hardest part for me during assembly was the little rubber squares you attach to the edges at the bottom of the frame all of the had a very small entrance they did not fit. I ended up cutting the inside of the entrance with a box cutter to expand it for better fit, and then hammering it into place. Last was some of the frames edge were bent but I ended up using a plier, and a hammer to fix them.All in all I give it 4 stars. I recommend this to anyone that is patient, and someone thats good with tools, able to solve the minor details.

The cage and the cable system provides enough versatility to work your muscles in a variety of ways. Good if you're doing splits.This is not for small spaces or low ceilings (see photo) I had to make some home adjustments to get it to work. In fact, if I sell the house I think the thing will have to convey.I purchased the weights and bar separately, as well as most of the cable attachments and the bench. All told I was about $1300 in.Shipping and assembly were complicated. It ships in several boxes and they are heavy. Expect angry delivery people.The assembly is mostly visual, but not hard to follow. Ironically, it takes a bit of muscle at times. I suggest laying out the parts and fasteners a head of time. I pretty much had to do that anyway, since the box with most of the parts was completely wasted from shipping. Like a cardboard sock by the time I got it.I built my basement gym and bought this equipment because I work form home now. When you work from home, you get very few breaks. People assume you're always available. So, driving 15 minutes each way to a gym was getting harder and harder. 20 - 30 minutes in the basement I can do.The progress pic should be telling. The left is soon after I assembled the gym. It'll be years before it pays for itself in gym membership fees, but I like the payoff I'm getting already.

Overall a good purchase and I’m very happy with it. Mine was missing a pulley. I got with customer service and they told me if I could find a spare online, they’d reimburse me. I found one (3.5” diameter) and it worked great. Power tools and a second person are highly recommended to build it.Pros:Cables move smoothly.Rack feels sturdy.Allows much more variety for exercising.Great price.Cons (minor issues):Comes in 3 separate boxes which ship at different times.Could be easier to assemble.Locking system could be improved if it was a spring instead of threaded.If the holes on the rack were bigger, many more accessories could be used.An extra pulley would be nice incase any come with bad bearings.

The unit has exceeded my expectations. It’s very well designed and easy to assemble. It’s obviously not gym-level quality, but it’s terrific for personal use by the average lifter. The cable machines are great. They are smooth and low friction. I have no complaints! Love it!

This rack and cable crossover machine is worth the price. A great deal and all that I needed to finish up my home gym setup. The cables didn’t get delivered with my packages. There are 3 separate packages that come spread over a couple of days. I contacted customer support and they did send me the missing cables and Lilly’s I didn’t recieve in my box. It took FedEx about an extra week to get them to me. Overall my experience was great with the company. FedEx just wasn’t that reliable and I didn’t know I would recieve multiple boxes so the shipping dates were different on Amazon. The rack and crossover machine are good quality and have excellent welds. I am happy with this purchase

I don’t write reviews often but this one deserves it. I was a little nervous buying this from a brand I haven’t heard of it but I took my chances and I’m glad I did! They delivered it in less than a week and it was easy to put together, I quickly realized that you can put this thing together 1 of two ways:1.) Hand Wrench tools2.) Power ToolsIt is much better if you have power tools to use to screw the bolts in because there are so many. You will need a 17mm socket or wrench to get this job done. Make sure you have two of the same size because as you turn it on one side, you need to secure the bolt that is the exact same size on the other end to counter it’s rotation when you try to tighten the bolt. I highly recommend this equipment to anyone considering making this purchase. Have fun!
