Superior Quality
Before buying this one, I tried a cheaper version from another company. If you are looking for something like this then this is the way to go. Plenty of power, the charge lasts a long time, and there are extra clever features you don't see on the cheaper mixers.

Lid broke, no warranty help
With a few month, the lid broke off at the hinge. The plastic is just too narrow to support the closing and openning. What really grinds my gears is then filabusting the claims department does. Reached out, they asked for pictures of proof... they got them, then zero contact. No acknowledgment of receipt through email... nothing. Also tried reaching out via amazons resolution system and nothing. This has been a months long ordeal. Now the plastic stirrer is starting to fatigue under mild load (think kool-aid thickness, not whey protein). It likely to break any day now.Legitimate 1 star ( instead of no stars) because I'm actually surprised the battery still keeps a charge.

Great product
This mixes way better than just a regular shaker cup. Read the directions, drop powder in while running the cup and it works perfect. I had a small problem with a rubber seal, I emailed them, and they instantly got back to me and fixed the problem. Great product, great customer srvice!

Works well
The first try I put the water first than the powder and turned it on. It was not working good. I started to look at reviews and realized to put the water first, turn it on and then pour the powder slowly. Waaaaay better. That’s why it’s good to read reviews of how to use it lol. Great product for when I’m at work and there is no blender

It works but it smells
The media could not be loaded. The issue is that it smells. I wash it right away every time I use it. I've tried vinegar, dish soap, and a scrub brush. I wash it and place it upside down to dry. It smells like it shouldn't be used anymore so I won't and I'm very disappointed because it seemed like a great cup!
