Superior Quality
Before buying this one, I tried a cheaper version from another company. If you are looking for something like this then this is the way to go. Plenty of power, the charge lasts a long time, and there are extra clever features you don't see on the cheaper mixers.

Disappointed
I hate writing negative reviews, but I am very disappointed with this product because I have had less than a month, and have not used it that often, but it has stopped working. It did come with a warranty so I will see if it could be replaced, because I really liked the design and hoped that this brand was worth the buy.

Great product
This mixes way better than just a regular shaker cup. Read the directions, drop powder in while running the cup and it works perfect. I had a small problem with a rubber seal, I emailed them, and they instantly got back to me and fixed the problem. Great product, great customer srvice!

It works but it smells
The media could not be loaded. The issue is that it smells. I wash it right away every time I use it. I've tried vinegar, dish soap, and a scrub brush. I wash it and place it upside down to dry. It smells like it shouldn't be used anymore so I won't and I'm very disappointed because it seemed like a great cup!
