Helpful
I like the item its working for me, process is going to be slow , it helps me breath better, is helping me with teeth grinding problem. Obviously it's not going to be useful for every one and we can truly tell after 6 months or more . Hoping for best.Plus it's so cheap so, i have 0 regrets.

Discomfort and enable to wear for long time
No it's not at all comfortable, it can be easily placed in ur mouth but ur saliva has no place to go down so it keeps storing in the product and ur throat feels really dry after some time😣. Even if you want to wear it at night it easily comes off your mouth without ur knowing when u are sleeping😴. This product can bring little change in ur teeth but can't be wored for long time and it's discomfortable😁. So I recommend not to buy🙅
