Not sure.
Tried these and was disgusted by what came out of my ears! Until I used one without it stuck in my ear. It looked the same inside. I've either got very clean ears or they are just a gimmick!

Great value for money BUT whenbyou watch videos on youtube these do not work my partners ear was thick of ear wax and it didnt even remove nothing the onky wax that was inside was the burn bees wax
