It works like it's supposed to.

Be careful with these. I would not take more than 2 a day. It suggests 2 with every meal, but I only take 2 once a day and I'm having to go sit on the toilet like 4x a day. This does it what it says in terms of "cleansing your intestine". I've tried other "cleansing" products and none of them were this effective. Within 1 to 2 hours of taking 2 pills I already have to go. Now... the downside is, it's not nice friendly solids coming out after the 1st time going. It's full on diarrhea, so... be warned. Don't take this if you are not going to have a bathroom nearby for the entire day. My stomach rumbles quite a bit, but no pain or cramping which is nice. Actually a one of a kind product in some ways. Laxatives give me bad stomach pains and most of the time aren't even as effective as this.

Let me tell ya so I didn’t make it past the first dose. Make sure you have zero plans for a day or so! I lost 7 lbs in 24 hours .

Used the product as stated on the bottle. Didnt see any difference at all except bad breath. Do not recommend.

So far clearing out the bad guys. I feel much better, I had food poisoning back to back and wanted to clean out my guts. It works!
