French ToastGirl's School Uniform Skirt

I ordered it in the size that it said according to my measurements and it didn't fit - it was too small.

I love this skirt although I bought it too big for my granddaughter. It will fit her soon though as she needs uniforms for 8 more years.

I was worried that i may end up getting a smaller version of the skirt so I bought the bigger ones. The size chart is accurate. I received quite a big skirt. Good thing it can be adjust through a garterized waistband. My 8 year old daughter is tall 5'1'' and chubby at 95lbs. So I may have to keep it for now. I ordered size 20 and it is quite big.
