J.O.Brand #1 Seafood Seasoning

The original seafood seasoning
For those that love old bay, it's just a knock off of the original J.O. Seasoning. This is the best. This is what most restaurants use. Get that flavor at home

Very Good Seasoning for Seafood!
I put this on thawed Swai from Wal-Mart, along with some butter, and bake at 225 degrees for 30 minutes! Delicious! One thing to note, though, the first ingredient listed on the bottle is 'salt' and they are not kidding! There is no need to add any extra salt when using this seasoning; if you do, your dish is going to be too salty... I found out the hard way!

JO #1 for seafood.
This is THE original seafood seasoning. Old Bay is a poor copy IMHO. Add flake salt to turn this in to JO #2 for Chesapeake Bay style crabs!

Seafood Buff? This is "That Spice"
32 years of being alive and living on the east coast I always knew about "crab spice" every single crab shack or seafood joint would have. Somewhat like Old Bay, but not quite. Saltier, less pepper, etc. THE spice for seafood boils, steaming, shellfish, and so on. Especially if you lived anywhere near Baltimore (not surprisingly...where this spice comes from). This is that spice. I about lost my mind when I first tasted it totally by coincidence at a friend's place. I think it took me 60s at most to find and order it 🤣
