These rebuild kits, have always been excellent. I have installed several different, and more expensive kits, that did not hold up under, complications, that where not caused by the kits, ( over reving of engine) that caused turbo to go way outside of rpm specified speed. Then turbine would fail, with other brands I've had this be catastrophic, but with this bearing and thrust set the damage was minimal. So yes very happy, would recommend to a friend. Under normal operations,( not building over 50psi of boost) the turbo kit would last for several hundered thousand miles.

Early 2003 6.0L had smaller o ring on intake impeller cover.
All the parts fit well, for the exception of the largest diameter o-ring being too big. I chalk that up to me having an early 03 6.0L. Other wise this and the Dorman hardware kit had eveything i needed for my stock Garret turbo rebuild.

Been a month, doesn’t appear to be burning oil any more. Just rolled over 250k miles

Did not work at all on 2006 6.0 powerstroke
Bearings for turbine shaft are too long/ wrong size. Causes turbines to bind when tightened which equals no boost which means this product was useless to me. Installed on a 2006 F250
