Product came in non-temperature control package. I quickly put it in refrigerator. Took out to eat 2 days later and started to notice a slight smell of rot.

I originally wanted to try a Hot Sopressata because I had read that they can make an interesting pepperoni replacement. Needless to say it tasted like Salami not pepperoni, so I wouldn't suggest trying to use it as a replacement for pepperoni as it simply doesn't work for that.Otherwise it tasted exactly like I would expect salami to taste, but it was not hot at all.
