JISIWEI I3 Wi-Fi Enabled Robotic Vacuum Cleaner, Self Charging, Floor Cleaner with Camera and Mobile App Remote Control for Hard Floors, Golden

Mine is an model. We had it for about a month when it started not working with the timer I had set for it. I tried resetting it, changing the time, all that normal troubleshooting and nothing worked. Well, not a HUGE deal, annoying but not unmanageable. However, about 4 months later, the thing doesn’t even work anymore. It backs out of its docking station, beeps, and goes back in. It refuses to vacuum. I’ve made sure the tracks are clear, that there’s nothing wrapped around the wheels, I’ve tried cleaning the front sensor, making sure the dust bin is cleaned out, and nothing works.

This is a great idea, but it needs a LOT of improvement. I would never let it run while I was out of the house - it doesn't seem to have any on-board navigation system or cleaning pattern that's predictable. It gets stuck regularly in the same place, by the footstool, and has to be rescued and restarted. It's just sort of a hit-or-miss cleaning pattern, with a lot of misses. I couldn't get the app to connect dependably on either my Android phone or my iPad, except to look through the camera lens - but after 5 seconds, why would you want to continue doing that? Not sure what the purpose of the on-board camera is to begin with. Trying to control the vacuum cleaner through your phone is a no-go, the app crashes every time I try to use my phone to control it. And the included remote doesn't work very well, either. If it wasn't for the fact that I have birds and therefore lots of seed hulls on the carpet that need constant vacuuming, I would send this thing back. Plus the fact that the price went from $164.00 to $124.00 in approximately 10 days doesn't sit too well with me, either. Forty bucks is a chunk of money. Overall? Not real pleased.

The media could not be loaded.  It cleans. Pretty well. It has issues, but it cleans. The dustbin gets full. You can't argue with that. Hard floors only. Manual is awful engrish, and the app is even more absurd engrish, poorly translated. They should hire someone who speaks better English to clean up their sentences. The app version 1.8 is pretty buggy and loses connection. But when the connection is solid, the video isn't horrible. Had to try to pair it with the app a couple times before it took. Driving it with the app is pretty hard. The smallest turn you can make seems to be about 30 degrees, so no fine navigation. I wouldn't count on this as a remote camera around my house. Also the charger is really light, and when the robot tries to drive up onto it, the charger tends to move. There is no provision to set an auto-clean function where this vacuums starts at 1 AM, or any sort of timer function. That's sad, because it seems like something that would be really easy to do in the software. But hey, the thing cleans, and if that's what you want, it'll do it. I hope in the future they upgrade the app and improve functionality, but I'm not holding my breath. It acts like it's running into stuff all the time and only cleans a small area right around where you put it.UPDATE: Something's not right. See the video of its performance, and IT'S NOT ON SPOT MODE. In spot mode it spirals out smoothly from the center, cleans the spot, then stops. This is general cleaning mode. Something is wrong with it, I think. Sensors are clean and clear. Bump switch is not pressed.

My husband got the self cleaning JISIWEI vacuum cleaner/mop for me as birthday gift less then 8 months ago.  For the last month and a half we have been trying to get help to either fix the vacuum or exchange it, due to the fact it is defective. There is no customer service number and no customer service help at all. So we emailed inlife (the company that sold the item om Amazon). At first they seemed very helpful with their initial email response, saying that they were going to help us out, but that didn't happen.We exchanged several emails with inLife without any success. They ask for a video to see what the Vacuum was doing. We sent the video and their response was, "do you charge the vacuum with the switch on or off?". It only works for about 2 to 3 minutes and dies, even though it is fully charged. And now when plugged in, she keeps saying charging, charging, charging, so we just unplug the vacuum... Don't buy unless you want to waste $259.99... that is the price we paid for it. I see now it is $159.99. I wonder why? The JISIWEI self cleaning vacuum &mop is a waste of money.

I love our Dumass. At first we called it Dogbert but, when it kept getting stuck in the same place over and over, the name changed. I am really surprised at how much it picks up off the floor, hardwood, tile as well as thinner carpet. It is easy to empty the bagless container. It took about 5 tries for it to finally get the layout of the house and it is much better now. Guess we need to change it's name again. We could NOT get the phone app to work though. Quite a few reviewers have also said that. So far so good. I will update my review if anything changes.

Company sold out their stock and they disappeared from amazon, don’t ever buy this brand. Usual chinese crap no warranty,no support ! Machine stopped charging just beeps,when the problem is not in the manual you know something is up. They are made their money and start selling under a different brand !!

Hello i recenly buy a JISIWEI I3 in the amazon web page, when it finnaly come, it just work perfectly for 2 days them it wont work anymore, when it is on the base and i toch the start button when it come off the charging dock it goes off and died, it only goes on when it is connect to a power source (dock or cable direct to robot) i make sure i put the stwich on (I) when it is charnging, i left him 2 days charging and nothing, restarted to fabric and nothing, open the battery case and the batteri looks good outside.
