Bought one 5 years ago, just bought another!
My wife bought this same chair 5 years ago for our home office, and we both agreed it’s the best desk chair we’ve ever owned. One of these served our needs well because we were never really working from home at the same time.Cue the pandemic... now we’re both working from home indefinitely. I decided to be cheap and got a different chair that seemed okay enough, and it caused me pain and sadness from day one. I searched high and low for a chair that looked as comfortable and supportive as this one but didn’t cost $500-1000 and I was beginning to get a bit desperate. I resigned myself to the fact that I would have to drop a lot of cash... we couldn’t find this exact chair anywhere, especially because five years ago, it didn’t come with a logo or brand on the back (as it does now).I crawled under our original chair... no manufacturer or model info, but I was able to track it down through sleuthing based on some of the customer service info under the seat. Lo and behold... this chair is on Amazon! And it doesn’t cost $$$, and it isn’t hard to put together!I bought it immediately and assembled it today. I’ll be wheeling my crappy cheap chair to the curb as soon as I finish this review. This chair is soft, supportive, comfortable, and the original survived a cross-country move with just a couple small scratches. It won’t break the bank, but it feels substantial and looks good.I have a lot of experience with high-end chairs, and I sit on a Steelcase at work that costs $1200 and isn’t as comfortable as this humble home office chair. I love this thing, and I’ll be sad if Lorell ever stops making it.

Love this chair
This is the second one of these chairs I've owned, it's so comfortable. I bought the first one at Costco and it lasted about three years. It's a great chair, I love it and didn't hesitate to get another one, .

Not Comfortable for long periods, hydraulic lift failing at 7 months
I finally spent over $200 on an office chair, after researching forever, because I work long hours. I intentionally found a chair that had a rating for over 10 hours. The cushion on the seat that does work, is the back 3 inches of the seat. That's not so bad for me since I am pretty short and my rear end is short. Unfortunately, even the cushion that does work feels like it's a pancake between my rear and the plastic bottom of the chair after about 30 minutes. It's a good thing that the arms lift up, because I can sit sort of sideways in the chair to relieve pressure points.I am leaving a comment now because I have had this chair for 7 months, and the hydraulic chair lift is already failing. I noticed it last week and thought someone in my office messed with the height. Today, as I was working, on hour 10, it started sinking!! It has done that twice now today.I was disappointed that the +10 hour rating wasn't true, but this is ridiculous. A chair that runs over $200 should last at least a year.

Great Chair and Easy to assemble
The only downside to this chair is that the arm rests are pretty far apart. I am 6' and it is not exactly a natural position for utilizing them.

Comfort, relatively
Arm rests are far apart as stated by others. Nicely padded arm rests have 3-positions up/down. OK ,but would be nice to adjust at more or any interval. Arm rests do not swivel at all. Wish they did. That ability alone would increase comfort. Back does not adjust and sits too far back. Lumbar support does not adjust and is too low. Neck rest useless while working. Neck rest does not adjust. I've added Comfort Foam support which helps a little. Seat is cushy, moderately comfortable, not able to adjust. Assembly is easy. Appearance, quality, stitching, leather appear to be okay. The base is steady. Cylinder is good. The seat connection to the cylinder has a plastic insert that the wire adjustment handles contact to adjust height and rocking. The plastic piece is cheap and the one on this chair is bent to one side making the tilting function less desirable. Appears to be too much pressure at this junction for a piece of plastic that operates 2 of the main functions of the chair. All and all the chair is working for me with a few disappointments. Did not want to spend a $1000 for my home study computer desk chair.

Comfortable chair for office
I bought this for my husband. I have an older model of this office chair and it is serving me well (3 years old purchased from Sam's). Cushioned back support, arm rests, rump support. Say "yes" to this chair.

Great chair
My husband had bought the same chair years ago. After 2 years of extremely heavy use. It was time for a new one. We pirchased the original one for cheaper at Sam's Club. He wanted the same exact chair, so I was happy to find it here. The arm height are adjustable which is a major plus for him. They also left up. He's 5'7 and it fits him pretty well.
