Good quality but not a strong enough dose. Also, it's now being sold in a plastic bottle, not the glass one featured.

I take it in the evening with my evening meal. I read best to take vitamins at different times of the day from each other. The tablet isn't small but not to big that i have problems swallowing it with water. I store them in the larder cupboard to keep them cool and out of the light. Been taking them 28 days along with vit D as well. I am feeling more energetic in myself. I bought a 'Natures Own' brand as they are the real deal and nothing else added to them. I would recommend to others looking to take a natural vitamin tablet.

smells disgusting and to be honest, you can get much strong iron tablets at your chemist for half the price, wouldn't buy again
