Inkplicity Refilled Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 62XL (Black)

The Inkplicity HP 62XL Black Ink cartridge did not work on my HP ENVY 7640. I tried many different things: turning the printer on and off, re-inserting the cartridge, hitting the "resume" or "continue" buttons, etc . . . but the printer kept giving error messages. Too bad I tried the cartridge after the time limit to return the cartridge. What DID work: the Sophia Global 62XL Black Ink cartridge.

It seems to work great so far (only using it now for a couple of weeks). At the present time its identical in appearance to the brand name. The only issue is, the HP printer refuses to identify/acknowledge that there is plenty of ink in the printer. It repeatedly states "low ink" which causes one to have to check "ok" on the printer to remove the low ink message. Otherwise, it will not print. Clearly, HP does this to try to literally force you to buy the brand ink! (anybody know how to stop this ie. settings change?)

I just installed this ink cartridge in my printer and guess what? The printer keeps saying over and overto reinstall the ink because the printer does not recognize that the ink is installed.I wasted my money on this ink. Will this company make it right for me? Probably not because I bought the ink a few months ago so that I would have it when needed. In the least, they could send me another ink cartridge so that I could try it.DON'T BUY FROM INKPLICITY! ! !

I have bought several of these in the past and they have worked out. However, the last one I purchased is not functional in my HP Envy. This cartridge was not refurbished correctly and is LOCKED to the original printer that It came from. This should have never been sent to me. Unfortunately I purchased this months ago. So no returns for me. Buyer Beware.

I bought both color and black. Both cartridges are unacceptable. 1st print after loading, the black printed grey...lousy. Color was just as bad, weak color and no red ink. I have purchased before and always had good quality...this was just a plain waste of money AND no reply back when I emailed. Nope. Never again.

I barely used this and it has already ran out of ink. I printed about 30-40 pages ONLY. I bought the XL thinking it will last me for a good time. I'm not a regular printer but when I do print I would like it if my ink cartridges actually had ink in them. I wouldn't buy this again.

Ink color and quality are consistently good. I need to order a new one, today. I will continue to buy from this seller.

I usually get my ink refilled at Costco.But then I found this gem. I would say print outs is on par with Oem, very good print quality.Compared to Costco, this is a much more convenient alternative.Highly Recommended!
