My fiance is fairly new to pole dancing and this is the first grip she had tried. She's been struggling to hold herself up and was nervous that grip wouldn't make much of a difference. She decided to give this one a go, and she was wrong!All she uses is one spray per hand, or two on a particularly slippy day, and she's unlocked so many more moves and can stay up for much much longer. Her grip is no longer holding her back, so she can focus on developing her strength.It does smell a bit, however it doesn't last long after application and it's definitely worth it for how effective it is.

Bought to be used to pole exercise grip and is really effective at helping with my grip when doing moves on the pole, comes in a nice, small bottle, just a few sprays and find that the sticky feeling lasts for a few moves after climbing around the pole

It's super sticky and some people find that difficult on a sensory level but it's amazing! Now our preferred grip for doubles work :)

Recommend this grip to all my friends! It's the only one that works for me and many of them say the exact same. Need to use barely any for great grip so I imagine the bottle lasting me a while. 10/10 will buy again!

I have had 2 bottles of this grip, one smaller one and one larger one. the smaller one leaked everywhere but ordered a bigger bottle and put it down to a faulty bottle (these things happen), sadly the larger bottle also leaked and within 2 weeks of keeping the bottle upright the content had completey evaporated/leaked. The product itself was great and really helped be with great grip, however 2 bottles that leaked everywere has made for a very expensive few lessons of being able to grip!
