**Update - it took some time but this seller reached out to me and was very sweet and worked hard to fix my problem. I’m very pleased with how they went above and beyond to make me happy, I will certainly purchase from them again.I expected this item to be tiney and it was - if you glued 4 wooden toothpicks together they would be about the size of this product. It was the thought that counted to me, a four word philosophical statement I’ve told my son his whole life. I wanted him to have them as a keepsake after I’m gone (I’m 75) to remind him of the sentiment. Well, it was the sentiment that mattered and that was what was screwed up. The four words were engraved in the wrong order and therefore made no sense. I would have given one star but the seller was very sweet and helpful about wanting to send me a corrected item but I did not want to bother with taking and sending four photos of the product for something I was disappointed in anyway. I have decided to go find a seller who has a better quality product, which will cost more, but I believe will therefore take more care on fulfilling their customer's wishes. If this is a funny or silly gesture on your part, go for it, it’s worth the risk as a joke, but if this is meaningful to you you might want to consider saving up and investing in a better quality item.

I got this for my father with best dad/grandpa, my kids name my wife and my name on it for our wedding day. It showed that it wasn't going to be here for the big day. I emailed them to see if they could get it done faster or how long they thought it was going to be. Was just curious not demanding just asking and explained the situation Since we live three hrs apart. I got a response the next day. The lady that I spoke with was very nice and understanding. Said it take three days to make and 2-3 to get to me. And it made it 3 or 4 days before the big day. The only complaint I have and more of a suggestion. Is to place something next to it in the picture to compare the size. I thought it would be bigger than it was. Oh and please change the shipping package. It got caught in one of the post office machines and about broke the chaine. But that's not something they did but could look into. Maybe Other than that I'm happy with it and so was my dad. Being able to see him open it was priceless

Ordered this for a Christmas gift weeks before Christmas and it arrived mid January. The other problem was the size of the font on it. It was too small to read. We did make a mistake and entered the wrong date so that’s our fault but since it came in so late after Christmas we couldn’t just return it. Even then when we asked if we could return it they said no and we would have to pay for another. I would prefer to order something like this from a local jeweler in case there are problems with it.

I bought this necklace in black for my boyfriend as a gift and man, the packaging was amazing! They really went the extra mile to make it so sweet and personal. The engraving is better than I expected, the necklace it shiny and wipes clean of fingerprints very easily, chain is adjustable which I love, and it doesnt seem like its going to fade or scratch up very easily.This seller went above and beyond and I would definitely buy from them again.

So sweet! I ordered two necklaces, each with the names of twins we’ve lost due to miscarriage. They’re beautiful, and though I don’t intend to wear them (they’re going in a memory box), they seem to be of good sturdy quality and the personalization is very clear and easy to read. A beautiful gift.
