Honestly wow. The gummy tastes so good. I took two and I was out within thirty minutes. I woke up feeling rested and refreshed. The aesthetic of the bottle is impeccable too.My only complaint: why is it so hard to get that protective paper off to access the gummies? I had to cut it off with a knife.

I was very eager to try these as in the past anytime I have used melatonin I was having vivid dreams/nightmares. However this is not the case. I get tired within 20-30 mins of taking these and fall asleep FAST. I have insomnia and sometimes would lie away in bed for at least an hour before falling asleep. This has been a game changer for me. I didn't want to like these bc I was hoping to not have to repurchase as they are pricey - BUT I will be buying these again. I am one year postpartum so naturally, I am not getting any sleep and haven't been but I also could never get into a fully deep sleep either. With these I can get into a deep sleep but not deep enough that I can't take care of my baby when he's crying in the middle of the night. I feel very refreshed when I wake up in the morning and not tired or groggy .

I have been getting such amazing sleep with these gummies. I’m a bartender as well as a toddler mom and many times the chaos of the day/night leaves me laying awake at night but since I’ve started taking these I’m able to fall asleep quicker and have a more deep and restful sleep as well. The flavor and texture is so good.

These are fine. They taste great, but their effectiveness is questionable. I never seem to get into a deep sleep. I keep trying them because they were not cheap, and I don’t want to throw them away but I won’t repurchase.

It works fairly good. This doesn’t knock me out but it does make me drowsy enough to fall asleep. I don’t stay asleep but nothing including prescriptions works for that.

I typically don't like to take melatonin or supplements because I don't want to be dependent. I have tried several different sleep aids, mainly gummies. These knocked me out, it may have been because I haven't taken any sleep aid in a year. They upside is they do work well, but to continue my trial I did take them for about a month-in which they seemed to lose their efficacy. Other downsides are-cost-it's a Kardashian brand and has been pushed on social media so the cost is expensive compared to others. They have sugar in them which sucks if you take them after you brush your teeth. Overall, I may buy them again, but tablets of melatonin work just as well and are more cost effective.
