Over priced
Ok but any other flavour of these oils is just as good which can be bought cheaper in U.K. Supermarkets

totally brilliant
this spray is fantastic, as are frylites other sprays, coconut one is brilliant for anything including, savoury things like eggs, meat ect, as it just gives the right amount of non stick, but still allows the item to cook slowly and get brown.

The taste and easy cooking
I am allergic to normal cooking oils but not this product. It's not oily and has no taste .fabulous for frying or roasting.

Little overpriced
Does the job but I prefer the olive oil flavoured one as this does impart a slight sweet flavour on dishes but I suppose thats to be expected
