Easy to assemble and easy to use. The spray of cleaner is generous when needed. Love the fact that I can wash and reuse pads. I am saving a lot of money using this device vs swiffer. Already saved $20.00 plus dollars; instead, of buying swiffer pads and solution. The rod is sturdy enough. Anyone knows if you have tough stains to remove or soften before cleaning. I love this product and highly recommend.

I use this nearly every day on my hardwood floor and linoleum floor mostly to keep up with paw prints. Takes all of 3 minutes. The mop head is much larger than my swiffer and I don't have to use anything other than water to clean. Pivots nicely around furniture. Easy to mop the steps as well since the head turns. The only thing I don't like is that the mop head is hand wash and drip dry. But, that's a minor inconvenience. I just use some dish soap on the mop head after cleaning and it's dry the next day. With 3 mop heads, I always have one ready. I also like that I can direct the spray by tilting the mop handle so, I can avoid spraying furniture legs, the couch, walls etc. Only had it a few weeks so I'm hoping it lasts. Very lightweight. No problem with leaks so far.

Mopping tile floors, cleaning up dog accidents, kitchen spills, etc. So easy to remove and clean the pads and reinstall a new one. The cleaning fluid receptacle lets me mix a custom mix of cleaning solutions. My clean floors make the whole house smell clean and look shiny and sparkling!

The pole is delicate but as long as you don't push too hard it should last. It did as I hoped it would. We have an old laminate floor. I used one pad for mopping and another for light waxing with out sprayer bottle. Getting to add the cleaning product of my choice was a plus. Mopped kitchen, hallway, laundry, and bathroom and still had solution left. Sprayed well and no leaks yet. At this point I would recommend this product.

Wasn’t expecting it to be so long. Heavy. Not as sturdy. Overall it is too big. wish it was smaller. Happy it’s not electric or battery-operated

I currently have an O-Cedar bucket mop, but it is seldomly used because it has become quite cumbersome to use. First, you had to fill the bucket up to a specific line, add detergent but too not much to create too much suds, lift and drag the bucket around the house and make sure you don't make any spills around the house, and then wring the mop out on every single iteration you make which the mop. Furthermore, the floors have then be dried separately because the floors are still too wet to walk on right after it has been mopped.I have considered buying a Swiffer as a replacement, although the thought of buying expensive refills has made it a deal-breaker. Having washable pads that I can just wash after every use makes much better sense in my opinion as I don't mind washing them.While this mop does not come with assembly instructions, it is pretty straight forward since it snaps on with a button latching mechanism. Once you got all the pieces together, you simply fill the bottle with water and a bit of detergent (I used a few drops of laundry detergent which always worked pretty well). The bottle is sealed by a rubber gasket so it doesn't leak even if you shake the mop around.I do like the fact that the mop can easily get under the fridge and cabinet spaces with its swivel handle, which is something my old mop was unable to do unless I also bend down on the kitchen floor. The squirter is activated by pushing down on the trigger towards the top of the handle, and I have even used it upside down to clean my bathroom ceilings once the tubing is primed (works quite well in the bathroom for moldy spots if you fill it with something like Oxy). The handle also comes with a scraper, which I have not had to use yet (although it looks in the product pictures like it is a brush material, it actually resembles more like silicone nubs - I assume this would be great in getting sticky spots on the floor that have dried, even though I believe this was supposed to be for cleaning the pads themselves.)Although the mats themselves are fluffy, I didn't have too much trouble rinsing it clean and wringing it out like a towel in the sink. This is unlike many bucket mop pads, which come in fibrous strands that trap dirt and debris but can never rinse cleanly because these are trapped deep underneath the fibers. I have not had this issue with these pads since they do not come with fibrous strands like the bucket mop pads. I also like they come in a set of 3 so I can use one, wash one, and then have 2 as spares that I can snap right back on without waiting for that one to dry. The pads are held simply by velcro so any similarly sized pad would stick on without any issues, unlike other mops that have a snap-on pad that requires a specific measurement. This gives me some assurances that if these pads become worn I can just get similar pads without having to be stuck to a specific brand or make.Good product, would recommend...

UPDATE: (1 star) The spray bottle stopped working completely after just a few of months of light use. Tried everything we could think of to clear or unclog it, and nothing worked. The whole reason we bought this mop was because of the spray function, but it's garbage because it no longer works. Would NOT recommend.ORIGINAL REVIEW: (4 stars) I had to knock off one star because this thing feels like it's built for short people. If the handle was 4 or 5 inches longer, it would be more comfortable to use.Also, sometimes it makes creaking noises at the handle connections where I'm afraid it might come apart, but it has held up fine so far. (I'll update my review if there are any structural failures.)All that said, I do like the fact that you can use your own cleaning solutions in the refillable bottle instead of being stuck buying expensive refills for brands like Swiffer. In addition, switching pads is quick & easy thanks to the Velcro-like surface where the cleaning pads attach. So far, so good.
