As we see so many old buildings come down, in the name of "progress", browsing through Lost Denver will let you see what you missed. It is a fascinating trip through time, and one not to be missed for anyone curious about Denver's history.

I have received so many compliments on this book. Had a guest by that ordered 5 copies after looking through it. Very well done! Excellent conversation piece for anyone living in Denver. My only qualm is that it came with dented edges from shipping.

I bought this book for Dad, who at 93 still loves to read and enjoys historical books about his birthplace. I enjoye it so much, I bought a second copy for myself.

As a fourth-generation Denver native, this book was really fascinating. I bought it for my mom, also a native, for her birthday and she loved seeing the pictures of the old buildings that she remembered as a child.

Some of these buildings would be priceless today, and with the trend of younger people wanting to live in the city they would have made amazing luxury condos or office suites.
