Yes they smell just like a skunk ! It did get a little better after a few weeks and they are the cutest boots, but terrible smell !

Hi, I think kid sizes go 10 Toddler, 11, 12, 13, 1, 2, 3. Size 1 should definitely be bigger than 11. Hope this helps!
