Q: Do you cut into the old quarter panel?

I bought these for my 2007 sti and they fit perfect no cutting or modifying the quarter panel the only thing that's different from my stock ones is they just use tape to hold them instead of clips

Q: What is the diameter of the flares them selves? How high do they reach over the wheel well?

I bought parts over a year ago. Car is gone. Sorry couldn't help
