These screws were awful and cost me to fix the damage..
OMG. These were a disaster for me. I had a framing project, and didn’t want to go to Home Depot during COVID...so I order these; they show up on time the next day. Great!LITERALLY, I couldn’t get a single one of these screws through a 2x4. Either the screw stripped, or messed up my bit......EVERY SINGLE TIME. So I just ordered a new bit set because these messed up several of my Phillips heads. In addition, they would screw all the way..so I’m having to but other stuff to get a bunch of stripped screws out of 2x4s.Dear heavens, I hope the work for you...but these were garbage for me....and if you’re wondering, the drill I had with me was Black & Decker (not the best), and the bits were Dewalt (usually pretty reliable). But I’ve never had a problem with getting screws through 2x4s, until these screws.

Buy only for specific projects
Box: 2/3 emptyQuantity: 33 screwsLength: as described, 6 inchesDescription 1 lb: not metQuality is medium at best. Very soft material. Breaks almost effortlessly.Pressure is needed lots of it, and high speed to get the screw in all the way in on go.One mistake and the bit drills into the head immediately, rendering it useless. It is then impossible to get the screw in or out. However, breaking it off is very easy. The main issue is the softness. Because of it, the head gets too easily drilled round, and because a lot of pressure is needed, this is likely to happen, unless it is possible to stand directly above. If it is possible to drill at a 90-degree angle with pressure, then the screw will go in all the way with a squeaking noise, and provide good support. However, I would not depend use them to support a lot of weight.2 Stars, because with this quality 45-50 pieces would feel fairer.

5 Inch Phillips-head Screws
I posted a picture of a box of 1 pound, 5 inch phillips-head screws and there's about 40 in a box. These screws were just what I needed to build a dinning room table. Initially, I attempted to purchase screws of this size at my local big box home improvement store, unfortunately they not only didn't carry this length but a box of screws were at least $30. Luckily for me, amazon had the perfect size, perfect price and they were delivery in two day.

Long screws
These screws are long enough to go through 1/2” drywall and 2” rigid foam insulation with any problems. They are very sturdy and are a great value. I just wish they came in a 1lb pack or more.

Just what I needed
Ordered this 6" screw for a specific project that I needed a longer screw. I could not find this length screw in any of my local hardware stores or even in the big box stores. It worked out perfect, the heads did not strip out when intense drill work was used. I received a total of 34 screws which is consistent to what was answered in the previously asked questions. Happy with the results.

Hard to fine in 6 inch long sizes !
For some reason long drywall or deck type screws are really hard to fine ! My project required a deck screw long enough to go threw a 2x4 edge wise with plenty of holding power ! These fit the bill perfectly ! Not cheap !But did the job needed !

These screws are a full 4 inches long.
Don't try to screw these screws by hand, you will get all types of cramps but using a cordless drill the go in fast.I had some rickety chairs, put these screws in them, problem solved. It is a good idea to pre drill holes you plan to use these screws in to keep from spliting the wood. Not a good idea for mounting seats (screws tooooo long).

Good product
I needed these to strengthen the wooden dowels supporting the pedals on an antique studio grand piano. I drilled a pilot hole and used a good quality wood glue as well. These did the job perfectly. Only needed 2 - but had to buy the box. Glad to find them though.
